On the Andes Mountain Range, six coffee farmers stationed here with the intent of collaborating to grow high quality coffee with unique flavor profiles. Ecuador Alambi, named after a touristic guesthouse nearby, is one of the products of this collaboration. Grown at an elevation between 1,300 and 1,600 MASL, this unique cup delivers flavors of caramel and almond, with a tangy, blackberry finish.
