Product Notes: This is an exceptionally complex Ethiopian coffee coming from the Yirgacheffe region and the Legesse Kebede washing station. The Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia is known for producing distinctively floral- and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica. This coffee is a naturally processed coffee. A method popular in Ethiopia where coffee cherries are spread out in the sun and turned by hand to ensure they dry evenly, this process can take up to four weeks to get the coffee cherries completely dry. The natural processing method produces an extremely fruit forward coffee busting with notes of berries and chocolate.
