Product Notes: This bright and sweet coffee grows in the Gera district of Ethiopia, near the city of Djimma. Gera is known for cooler and wetter climate, and eight months of rainfall. This, in addition to a natural forest, allow for beans to develop slower and take on fuller flavors result in vibrant and beautiful coffees. This particular coffee is hand-picked, pulped, washed and laid out to dry, and then sorted to remove any defects, allowing for the traditional flavors of heirloom coffee varietals to thrive in the cup, showcasing floral notes, with vanilla and cocoa hints, and a creamy, smooth finish.
