Hailing from Ninety Plus Gesha Estate in Panama. Situated on 182 hectares, the farm is on a unique strip of land bridging the Caribbean and Pacific Ocean. After being carefully grown & picked, these Gesha cherries undergo a proprietary fermentation method called, Hot Fermentation, where they are placed in a low temperature-controlled room to lengthen fermentation for more flavor. This amazing varietal yields far less cherries than others, but what it does produce is incredibly sweet and often described as "a revelation in a cup".
