Blueberry, Caramel, Lychee, Vanilla, Toasted Nuts
Varietals that were grown in the arid climate conditions of Harrar, Ethiopia are believed to have found their way to Yemen. These coffee trees work tremendously well for the Yemeni coffee farmers. This, paired with a sophisticated vertical irrigation system that has allowed them
to grow spectacular coffee in a water scarce environment. The cup characteristic
is different from the first sip; reminiscent of a natural Ethiopian coffee,
this cup offers a fruity complex aroma with notes of forest berry, spice, and green apple.
The flavor is deep tones of blueberry, caramel, lychee, and vanilla with a clean and lingering finish,
it is one of the brightest natural processed coffees we've tried.
